I finally solve a problem with GTA San Andreas on my Laptop: AMD Turion 64 X2, Windows XP. The problem is when playing the frame rate is too fast not normal for gameplay.
After some searching in google, i found out that the problem is Turion's dual core processor, and if installed it's "patch" and it would be fine.
So i got the driver page link, download, install, and tried it it seems work well, the frame rate's now behave normally.
